Has anyone else have transactions and avail balance issues?

So my acct kept on showing avail balance as 8.59, I bet . 09 and wen I hit a win the balance would somehow increase back to original balance. Until still showing 8.59... but in transactions 0.00. I've contacted so call customer service and told check bill. Anyone else? I had recorded game play and too big to post
