  1. I already made a ticket regarding this but I'm getting the same response for 8 times already. They always end up sending me the same receipt over and over again. I already provided bank statements that says 'As further checking related to your concern about Uno Bank to Gcash bank transfer, we are unable to see the funds reflecting on our system on the date of March 09, 2025' and 'After checking, there is no record of a successful transfer on our end, meaning the transaction did not reach Gcash.' I provided my bank transaction history, proving that I did not receive anything. I took videos as stated by the bc.game support but they are unfazed and they dont seem to care about my issue. Nothing changes! They just stick with the merchant's receipt over and over again
  2. It's been 8 days since I made my Withdrawal and I still haven't received my money. The merchant keeps saying the withdrawal was successful. Even I provided all the documents/videos needed to prove that I did not receive anything, it's still not enough. My bank statement, transaction history and video proofs are all useless for the merchant's "claim". My bank can't even see the reference number through their system. This is so unfair. Bc.game trust their merchant more than their players? I've been an avid player for this site but this incident might be the cause why I'll stop playing on this site. I'll gladly provide all the documents needed just to verify that I really did not receive anything.
