I already made a ticket regarding this but I'm getting the same response for 8 times already. They always end up sending me the same receipt over and over again. I already provided bank statements that says 'As further checking related to your concern about Uno Bank to Gcash bank transfer, we are unable to see the funds reflecting on our system on the date of March 09, 2025' and 'After checking, there is no record of a successful transfer on our end, meaning the transaction did not reach Gcash.'
I provided my bank transaction history, proving that I did not receive anything. I took videos as stated by the bc.game support but they are unfazed and they dont seem to care about my issue. Nothing changes! They just stick with the merchant's receipt over and over again
