The bc.game company blocks withdrawals and does not give money without reason.

I signed up for bc.game 2 weeks ago and deposited $35,000. I went to the evolution blackjack table and won $100,000 after only 9 bets.

After that, I made a withdrawal, but the withdrawal was suddenly canceled and a message popped up saying,
"The third-party game platform is reviewing the game results, your withdraw and tip permission have been suspended, please wait patiently. If you have any questions, please contact us."

I completed KYC perfectly, so please do not mention KYC.
When I inquired, they said to wait 24 hours on the first day, 24 hours on the second day, 24 hours on the third day, 24 hours on the fourth day, 2 hours /4 hours~~~
I have been getting the same response of waiting for 2 weeks.

I sent an email to bc.game, but I have not received a single reply for 2 weeks.
When I asked why my withdrawal was blocked, they said they do not know. The core team/backup team is investigating my account and just keeps telling me to wait.
No, I only made 9 bets after signing up, so I don't know what kind of investigation they are conducting. I only made 9 bets in the evolution private room provided by bc.game.
I keep asking two things.
Why is my account locked? / Stop telling me to wait and give me the exact time and date.
They keep avoiding the answer and just telling me to wait.
At first, they said that the evolution company was investigating my bets, then the core team investigated my account, and then the backup team. Now they don't even know why and just tell me to wait.
I'm going crazy. Can someone please help me?
When I searched online, it said that bc.game delays many members' withdrawals in this way.
They don't even reply to emails and when I contact the 24-hour support, they say that they don't know anything and just tell me to wait. Even if the backup team or core team asks me to contact them, they just reply that they "don't know" and ask me to wait.
Please help me, anyone.
I thought bc.game was a big company, but I really didn't know this situation would come up.

I’m having similar problem. Except I still have not received a reply by email and permission is still suspended. How did you get yours solved?

hi I am user zxr user id 1183569 everything was working perfectly for me for deposits and withdrawals until I changed the browser and added 2fa and encountered this problem .... Your crypto withdrawal and tip permissions have been suspended. If you have any idea, please let me know how to resolve this issue because I have been on this site for a long time and have never had a problem like this one. It happens when I try to send LTC; I tried with 0.5 and 0.1 LTC but the problem remains the same. In reality, I have no disputed amount or anything bad about this site. I sent an email yesterday, but I didn't get any answer. The problem for me is that I have been here since 2018 or 2017, and I was working just with email verification for login and deposit or withdraw.

how to contact support directly not a robot or AI support I need to speak with real support like you or can you just speak with support in my place

You need to complete advance KYC. If you can still log in to your account, you can do advance KYC on the site. If you can't, you need to reach our support, as I can't send the KYC link.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is not mandatory for all users, but the casino reserves the right to request it when necessary. This policy is clearly stated in the Terms of Service (TOS), and I believe almost all casinos have similar regulations.
